We’ll always do our best to make any last-minute changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to the card messages) that are requested within 24 hours of the order being placed if delivery is not due the following day. At peak times we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 5 days notice for any changes to be made.
We’ll guarantee your delivery to a USA address or to your international border. If notice is given of a non-delivered kit within 30 days of non-delivery, we will, at our discretion replace them.
We of course cannot cancel or modify any orders after they are shipped and we require proof of purchase to make adjustments or cancel an order.
Everything in the kit is guaranteed. If you receive a damaged or missing item, let us know and we will replace or exchange it if you let us know within 30 days of ordering.
